I can, actually when you describe what you want and I see your space my brain goes into “mode” where I am putting all the pieces together on figuring out how to get you where you want to go.

In Person Home Organizing

Organizing always starts with a vision, a plan, & then action

Packages are designed based on typical organizing scenarios and intended for busy professionals and entrepreneurs who value a completed project & “done-for-you” service.

DECLUTTERING

Organizer (& team) depending on the project will get areas ready for decision making (decluttering) by pulling all the items out.

This gives you a new perspective on what to keep, donate, & discard. It is typically the part people skip when they work on their own.

PACE

All packages are based on the organizer working independently (once client decisions are made).

Organizer’s speed depends on client’s ability to make decisions in a timely manner. The longer it takes you to make a decisioin, the more time necessary to complete the project.

DECISIONS

Decisions go along with the decluttering phase.  To assist in making this a smoother process, organizer will group items like with like.

Some client participation is required during decluttering / decision phase for the project to get organized and make your vision come to life.

OTHER SERVICES

All packages include some Donation Haul away. Additional donation haul away options are available for larger projects.

Trash Haul away is NOT included in our packages. They are available as a package addon for an additional fee. Keep in mind that hazardous waste, electronics, paints, liquids, tires & large items require specialty disposal and are not included in a a typical trash haul away.

It all starts here!

 

You complete a quick form with some details and send some pictures of your spaces.

 

We then schedule a Quick call (approx 15-20 minutes) to briefly discuss your project.

In Home Assessment

 

Thank you for the invite into your home where we walk through the spaces you are interested in us working on.

Review Your Project Areas

 

When we review your project areas we take notes and ask questions about your goals, your budget, and your vision of what you want the space to function as and look like.

Package Recommendation

 

After the review of your spaces and project we make a package recommendation.

Typically two options presented.

 

You choose a package and pay your deposit.

The Working Agreement & Deposit

 

Once you have chosen your package, we will send you a Working Agreement and a deposit invoice that will need to be reviewed, signed and paid.

After your paperwork and payment is received we will confirm your dates on the schedule. 

If no dates were discussed, we will present some options for your to choose from.

Get Your Project on the Schedule!

 

Any dates discussed will be confirmed once your signed Working Agreement is submitted and your deposit payment is received.

 

You will then receive a confirmation by email for your first session.

 Be ready to make decisions on what serves the life you live right now.

During Your Project

 

We bring your vision to life!

 

Edit & Declutter to see what remains

 

Zone out areas based on what is left and your goals. Reassess goals and areas if needed.

 

Recommend product if needed to reach desired goal.

After Project Completion

 

You live and function in your newly updated spaces!

 

We check in with you in a few weeks to see how things are going.

HOME ORGANIZING PACKAGES

Large items, hazardous waste, electronics, paints, liquids, & tires an additional cost

Labor hours are calculated per person, per hour on site.  For example: Two people onsite for a five-hour session would be considered 10 organizer hours total. Some projects require multiple people to get them accomplished. The amount of people required is determined by Seasonal Navigation Organizing LLC and the desired project outcome. Some projects require multiple packages to complete.
